ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (KVOA) - Oro Valley Police Department has made an arrest in a sexual exploitation of a minor case.
Oro Valley police say while searching for two teenage girls they found evidence leading them to get a search warrant for Moss Worthington's apartment. When they arrived at the apartment, they found the two teenage girls.
Police say that Worthington had been in contact with one of the females via social media for several weeks.
He is now charged with two counts of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, eleven counts of sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of custodial interference.
Police say their investigators believe Worthington had been in contact with one of the girls on social media for several weeks before their disappearance.
