TUCSON- A Vail School District volunteer is facing more charges after Tucson Police arrested him for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

Ronald Gulli now faces Child Molestation and Sexual Abuse. Investigators found evidence that Gulli may have molested an 11-year-old girl, and he is also accused of taking inappropriate photos of her, according to Tucson Police.

News 4 obtained search warrants that detail how Tucson Police came about the investigation and how his wife became suspicious and contacted police.

"Good for her. She made the right choice and she's protecting other children," Jessica Weinzinger said.

Weinzinger is the mother of four children in the Vail School District.

Tucson Police searched the Gulli home on Tuesday. The search warrant said Gulli's wife became suspicious of her husband several months ago. While browsing through his computer, she discovered photos that were sexually suggestive.

She also found candid pictures of many of her daughter's friends at a public pool. The photos were not exploitive, but police said they were sexually suggestive.

This past Saturday, Gulli's wife found a disturbing photo that showed many girls who appeared to be under age, and police said were in "a state of undress."

She also found a computer folder labeled "Young." Inside, she found numerous documents that told stories about adults involved in sexual acts with children.

"It was a good thing he was turned in otherwise he would have gone on and on and on," said Tim McBride, a parent in the Vail School District.

Rhee-Ann McBride is his daughter and a senior in the district. She was disturbed to hear about the accusations and that something so horrifying could be so close to home.

"I think she's a very smart woman for turning him in. She has her head on straight and she knows right from wrong. She knows it's not right, especially for her husband to be looking at young children like that," said McBride.

News 4 spoke to the wife, and she declined an on-camera interview, but she did want people to know, she and her daughters had nothing to do with what happened. She said she did what she had to do to protect innocent children.

Ronald Gulli remains behind bars, and due to the seriousness of this case, a judge has refused to set a bond.
