Carol Capas, public information officer for the Cochise County Sheriff's Department, spoke with News 4 Tucson Today Wednesday morning, regarding the public memorial for Sheriff Larry Dever.  Capas said they expect to fill the 2600 spots available at Buena Vista High School in Sierra Vista, and asked those who attend refrain from taking videos, pictures, or bringing weapons on school grounds.
