FLAGSTAFF - They are Tucsonans, friends, training partners and three-time Olympians.

United States runners Bernard Lagat and Abdi Abdirahman are preparing for this summer's Olympics in London amid the solitude and altitude of Flagstaff, where recently, News 4 Tucson's Ryan Recker paid them a visit.
