TUCSON - Stroke in the number one cause of long-term disability, and currently thr fourth highest cause of death in the United States.
But researchers believe 80 percent of all strokes are preventable, if people manage the risk factors they can control.
Today on News 4 at 4 p.m., stroke survivor Charlotte Ruhland and Wanda Stauffacher, who heads up a stroke support group at TMC, stopped by the studios to discuss what you can do to minimize your stroke risk.
