NOGALES, Ariz. - Repair crews in Nogales, Mexico are working to fix a hot, smelly mess.
As News 4 Tucson's Sam Salzwedel reported last night, a 24-inch sewer pipeline broke after monsoon storms filled the Nogales Wash, which the pipe runs alongside.
The water is being treated with chlorine, and crews are cleaning the spill with vacuum trucks and bulldozers.
