TUCSON - Police provided little new information in their latest 8 a.m. news briefing on the Isabel Celis disappearance, saying that they are sifting through hundreds of pages of tips for information.
Now that the Tucson Police command center has been moved out of the east side, and the neighborhood where the Celis family resides has been completely reopened, police spokesperson Fabian Pacheco requested that media respect private property in the neighborhood.
Pacheco said TPD experienced a bump in the number of tips after the parents made a plea for the safe return of their 6-year-old daughter yesterday afternoon. They are currently going through hundreds of pages of tips, Pacheco said, adding that they have lots of information to sift through.
