TUCSON - Today on "Raising Kids" on News 4 at 4, Michelle Saint Hilarie from Child & Family Resources stopped by to talk about reading.

Without basic reading skills, children fall farther and farther behind in all subjects. Some become so frustrated they drop out. In fact, Arizona has one of the highest drop-out rates in the nation. How can we make children better readers? Michelle Saint Hilarie from Child & Family Resources stopped by to tell us what we can do.
