TUCSON - It's been two weeks since 6-year-old Isabel Celis was reported missing, but still no solid leads on where the first-grader could be.

At a news conference Saturday, Tucson Police said they're working on more than 900 tips. A majority of them aren't substantial. Around 20 investigators and analysts are working the case this weekend. They're also looking at video, but won't say what it is or where it's from.

As the days continue to pass with no sign of Isabel, no one is giving up. Both law enforcement and volunteers spoke out about how they're feeling on day 15.

"We're going to operate and continue to work this investigation under the assumption that she is alive and that we will bring her back safely to her family," says Lt. Fabian Pacheco.

So far, questions about who could be involved haven't been answered.

"We're just not at a position yet that we could share those things with you, not at a position where we could tell you we have this person as a suspect or that person as a suspect."

Many are beginning to wonder how much TPD really knows.

"Whoever is involved did an adequate job of really covering a lot of things that we could possibly look at."

With little progress, volunteers continue doing what they can to help by raising money and spreading awareness.

"It's both one team. We've just gotta be sure not to step on each other's toes and we can cooperate and do our best. The goal, as much as i can say, pray, take action, find Isabel Celis," says Steve Raw.

As the days pass, donations keep coming. Items for sale include necklaces, candles with personal messages, ribbons and now window clings, just another way to keep Isabel's face in the spotlight.

"I'm not stopping."

Entering week three of the search, law enforcement continues to investigate.

"It doesn't just happen overnight. We have to continue to work on them," says Pacheco.

TPD is still working with departments in other areas. There's now an electronic billboard in Nogales. You can help by using social media to spread the word.
