TUCSON - Today on News 4 Cooks at Noon, Chef Maria Mazon from Boca Tacos stopped by to make Salmon Tacos.  Here is the recipe:

Salmon Tacos

1 cup fresh orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon and 1 Lime
Tablespoon of melted butter
Tablespoon of Oil (any kind of vegetable oil)
Pinch of garlic Powder
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Mexican Oregano

Marinate with the uncooked Salmon (hour to hour and half)
Place on grill or sauté pan
Cook to taste
Serve with corn tortilla
Served with fruit salsa
