Roadway seal coating on Twin Peaks Road

The Town of Marana and Borderland Construction are performing roadway seal coating on Twin Peaks Road from Tangerine Road to Linda Vista Boulevard next Monday through Friday.

The speed limit will be reduced through the work zone but no delays are anticipated. Please proceed with caution and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.

In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the construction schedule is subject to change.

Repaving Innovation Park Drive

Beginning the week of May 7, and running through mid-June, Sunland Asphalt will be resurfacing Innovation Park Drive. They will also mill and repave the intersection at Innovation and Rancho Vistoso Blvd. Motorists should expect traffic delays and minor detours during this time.
