TUCSON - Today on "Let's Make a Meal," Chef Choi, head suchi chef at An Del Sol and Mr. An's, stopped by to show how you can serve restaurant-caliber sushi from home!
Here are his two fabulous recipes:
Tomato Fresco & Ahi Tuna
Ingredients:
• Ahi Tuna
• Fresh Mozzarella
• Tomatoes
• Japenese Chive Basils
• Olive Oil Vinagrette
• Tuna Flakes
Recipe:
• Take Ahi Tuna and top it with fresh mozzarella and tomato. Then drizzle Japenese chive basil and olive oil vinaigrette, then garnish with the tuna flakes.
Seven Falls Roll
Ingredients:
• Snow Crab
• Cucumber
• Avocado
• Smoked Salmon
• Tobiko
• Spinach
• Beat Tips
• Mango Sauce
• Rice
• Seaweed
Recipe Instructions:
• Take Snow Crab, Cucumber and Avocado to roll inside the rice and seaweed. Roll that. Then add smoked salmon on top of roll. Next, add tobiko, spinach, and beet bits to top. Finally, drizzle the mango sauce.
