TUCSON - Today on Let's Make a Meal, Chef Mike Bonk from J. Marinara's stopped by to whip up , Lobster Shrimp Diablo with Alfredo Sauce and Homemade Lemon Cake. Here are the recipes:

Alfredo Sauce

Alfredo Sauce ingredients: heavy whipping cream, white pepper, garlic powder and 3cheese mix. (When he uses 12qts of cream he gets 2.5 gallons of alfredo...)

Lobster Shrimp Diablo

Lobster Shrimp Diablo ingredients: 2-Shrimp, garlic, shallots, carrots, peas, lobster/shrimp mix, spinach, alfredo sauce, olive oil, white wine and penne past

portions dependent on liking, prepare 1/2 cup of each add-on to the pasta per serving
-Sautee on medium heat. Adding ingredients at different times, in the order mentioned above.

Homemade Lemon Cake

2/3 cream, 1/3 cheese. Pinch of the white pepper and pinch of garlic powder
