Taqueria El Bamori, mobile restaurant, received five critical violations. Knives and Utensils encrusted with dried food were found sitting on a dusty shelf. Food items tested above the maximum 41 degrees including cabeza taco meat at 50-degrees. A cutting board was so worn it had holes in it and contained ground in food in scored areas. With more than four critical violations, Taqueria El Bamori, at 6th Avenue and Bilby, received a "Provisional" rating.

Quik Mart received two critical and two non critical violations. Food items being held in a walk-in cooler tested above the maximum 41 degrees with raw bacon tested at 47-degrees, hamburgers 48 degrees and cream cheese at 51 degrees. The ceiling in the walk-in cooler was also observed heavily covered with mold. All violations were not corrected during the inspection giving Quik Mart, at 3370 N. Country Club Rd., a "Needs Improvement" rating.

Establishments awarded excellent ratings include Gospel Rescue Mission, at 312 W. 28th street, Desert Rain Coffee, at 1551 E. Tangerine and Planet Smoothie, at 7315 N. oracle.
