Posted 7:50 AM 2/26/2013 : A warm work week rebound
TUCSON - Another chilly start, topped off with a 60's finish.
High temperatures hit the mid 60's this afternoon under sunny skies, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. Gusty winds up to 20 MPH are possible near the New Mexico border today, with winds in the 10-15 MPH range for the rest of southern Arizona.
High pressure surges in from the Pacific for the rest of the week, surging temperatures into the 70's by Friday. All signs point to low 80's this weekend for highs from Marana, Three Point and areas west. Tucson should peak in the upper 70's Sunday and Monday.
