TUCSON- Executive Chef Zach Cohen from Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar stopped by the News 4 studio Friday to show us how to make a Greek Burger.
Here is what you need:
2 tbsp mayo
1/4 cup shred iceberg lettuce
1 oz feta
1 oz cucumber (peeled, seeded, and sliced thin)
1 oz Red onion (julienned)
2ea Sliced Tomato
2 tbsp Oregano Vinaigrette
1 7oz Fresh Ground Certified Angus Beef patty
1 potato bun
8 oz white balsamic vin
1.5 oz dijon mustard
.5 oz chives
.5 oz fresh oregano
2 1/4 oz sugar
2 1/4 oz white onion (minced)
.5 oz kosher salt
Whisk together and dress on burger.
