TUCSON - Today on News 4 at 4, the 2003 National Educator of the Year stopped by the studios during his national crusade to improve education in the United States.

Keith Ballard, now a teacher in San Diego, is traveling around the country to bring light to some of the ways he says the Chinese and Indian educational systems are blowing away America.

He recently returned from a tour of the two countries where he studies the public educational system of each for one month.

His conclusion? "America's Public School Educational System in Being Blown Away by the Chinese!"
