TUCSON - Pima County Sheriff's Deputies need help identifying an "investigative lead" in a sexual assault case.
A man broke into a home with 3 young girls and allegedly sexually assaulted at least 1 of them on April 30th. It happened on the Northeast Side near Catalina Highway and Snyder Road.
Deputies released surveillance video from a convenience store about 4 miles from the home. The cameras caught the images around 12:30 a.m. The alleged assault happened around 2:00 a.m.
Investigators are not calling the person a suspect, only an "investigative lead."
But the person in the pictures matches the suspect description investigators previously gave the public.
Deputies say the suspect is a white man in his 20s. He was wearing a green sleeveless shirt and dark shorts.
