THURSDAY AT 10PM - News 4 Tucson's Crime Trackers is reporting on murders committed by James Wallace - he bludgeoned his girlfriend and her two children to death with a baseball bat in 1984.

The Arizona Supreme Court threw out his death sentences, saying the murders weren't "heinous."
But the crimes were so brutal, that even the killer doesn't believe he deserves to live.
