Posted 9:34 AM 5/2/2012 : Tonight at 10 - Justice Delayed
TONIGHT AT 10 - It was 25 years ago this month that Frank Jarvin Atwood was sentenced to die for killing little Vickie Lynn Hoskinson.
It's a case that shook Tucson, and led to the formation of the victim's rights group "We the People."
"Don't Forget Vicki Lynn" bumper stickers are everywhere - people still haven't forgotten her, but her loved ones are still waiting for her killer to be executed.
News 4 Tucson's Lupita Murillo looked back at the 25 years Atwood has been on death row, and caught up with Vicki Lynn's mother.
Tune in at 10 p.m. tonight for this exclusive Crime Trackers investigation.
