TUCSON - In today's "Commit to be Fit," on News 4 Tucson at 4 p.m., our fitness contributor Anita Kellman stopped by to talk about the "walking lunge."
As she explains, just a few of them a day will have you well on your way to stronger abs...and legs!
Anita says make sure you use good posture as you do the lunges, and the more often you do them, the better balance you'll have.
