TUCSON - Now that the unofficial start to summer is here, we're spending more time in the sun. Our fitness contributor, Anita Kellman, shows us how to get those toned "Jennifer Anniston" arms, without hittin' the gym!
She showed how to do the bicep curl, probably one of the easiest exercises to "sneak in" on the phone, during commercial, while you are on hold, or waiting to pick up your kids at school.
Anita recommends starting out with 5-8 pound weight, eventually working up to 10.
