TUCSON - Today on News 4 at 4, Arts & Culture Guy Herb Stratford stopped by to preview some of the cool happenings happening this weekend! They include:

• "Historic Neon Sign Lighting & Sock Hop"
4 vintage, restored neon signs to be re-lit on
