UPDATE - A local real estate agent tried something different to attract attention to one her listings. She posted pictures of the house along with a special guest.

Cristina Chesnut knows it's not easy to get some properties to stand out in the market place. So she got creative, wearing a dinosaur costume to show off her latest listing.

"I immediately jumped into the suit and had to get out a few times because it was hot it was definitely worth it and an adventure," said Christina.

Buying and selling homes can be stressful for everyone involved so Christina tries to have a little fun with the process, "I think this could lighten the mood a little bit and just make people giggle and realize that it doesn't have to be such a stressful process."

Christina posted the pictures on Zillow and within 4 days they got more than 2,000 views. " I think it was worth doing the Dino shoot for sure," said Christina

From shooting a basketball showcasing the attached basketball hoop to taking a shower in the houses one bathroom, you definitely need to check out these photos before the listing goes extinct.

The house is located near Reid Park, the University of Arizona, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and Interstate 10. It is fully updated and contains three bedrooms and one bath. It also contains a larger lot with a garage and a carport.
