News 4 Cooks: Fresh Peach Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients for dish:

  • 2 C graham cracker crumbs
  • 6T margarine melted
  • 1 C sugar
  • 32 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 package peach flavored gelatin
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 2 fresh peaches, chopped

Combine graham crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Beat cream and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well. Stir in whipped topping and peaches. Pour over crust.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
