UPDATE: The Tucson Police Department has identified the 4 officers who fired their weapons:
TUCSON - One man is dead after an officer-involved shooting near Broadway Blvd. and Houghton Rd. early Sunday morning, just after midnight.
Police say the suspect who was shot and killed is 34-year-old Craig Yelton.
TPD said Yelton complained of loud music coming from his neighbor's house on the 100 block of Understory Ln.. and took out his gun and waved it in a threatening manner at those individuals.
Officers arrived on scene and asked Yelton to come out of his house.
According to police, Yelton came out of his house a short time later armed with his handgun, confronting officers.
Four TPD officers opened fire.
Yelton died on scene.
Neighbor Vince Lorenz tells News 4 Tucson he was startled when police knocked on his do
"Keep your lights off and close your door and lock it, seven minutes later I heard the shots," Lorenz said. "I was born in Brooklyn. I lived in Queens, Long Island, New York, Manhattan, I've never had this. I lived on a farm, I never locked my car doors and here I am in quiet neighborhood and something happened."
