Posted: Updated:

A well known Pima County business is asking for the public's help after a weekend burglary.

The owner of Las Margaritas on Oracle Road, says a thief did more than $2,000 worth of damage to her restaurant.

"I just feel invaded, like it's not safe anymore." said the restaurant's owner who asked not to be identified.

Margarita's owner says the thief was captured on the restaurant's surveillance camera.

In a series of videos, the thief can be seen searching cash registers, ripping a TV off its platform and stealing armfuls of jewelry and other collectibles.

"We work hard. I mean we have been here 37 years and we haven't had a break-in since about 12 years ago"," said the owner.

Pima County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating the incident.

In one of the videos, the thief can be seen without their mask.

"I just want him off the street, just want him off the street. He's gonna do it again to someone else and it's just not fair," said the owner.

Margarita's owner says the burglary happened early Saturday morning.
