The Pima County Sheriff’s Dept. is asking for the public’s help in identifying two robbery suspects who allegedly tried to sell a victim back his/her own stolen television.

According to a Pima County Sheriff’s Department media release, PCSD deputies responded to a home located in the 1900 block of West Paseo Reforma South, located near Romero and Wetmore Roads, for the report of a burglary on Nov. 8, 2017. Various items, including a television, were reported stolen.

A short time later, the victim found a TV listed for sale on Craigslist, which matched the description of the one stolen from the home, the release stated.

The victim contacted the seller and they agreed to meet each other at a Circle K located in the area of Swan and Camp Lowell Roads, the release added.

Upon meeting, the victim looked at the TV and then confronted the seller by telling him that the TV was stolen, according to the release. The seller fled from the area, leaving behind the TV.

The victim then contacted PCSD in order to provide deputies with the new information, the release stated. Deputies responded to the Circle K in order to continue their investigation.

The suspect is described as a white man, in his 20s or 30s, with blonde hair and blue eyes, according to the release. He is approximately 6-feet tall and has a skinny build.

He was last seen driving a green Chevrolet Malibu sedan, the release added.
