TUCSON - Loaded slate for the second weekend of March. Here's what's happening.
Great event happening every second Saturday at the Children's Museum Tucson. "Art After Dark" lets kiddos make their own black light painting for free! There's also drummers, musicians more to help keep kids active. "Art After Dark" runs from 5:30 until 8 PM. Click here for more information.
High school musical, the Oro Valley edition! Ironwood Ridge High School theatre presents "Crazy For You", the new Gershwin musical. The students up there have four shows on tap, starting Thursday night. Saturday features an afternoon matinee. You can buy tickets online by clicking here.
It's March and your Tucson Roadrunners remain at the top of the AHL Pacific Division. They've got a Texas two-step with the Stars this weekend. Puck drops just after 7 PM at Tucson Arena on Friday and Saturday. Don't forget, Friday is their "Salute to Military" night. Click here for tickets.
Last but not least, another Spring tradition for the weekend. Once again, U of A Mall is the site for this year's "Festival of Books".
