Mansion on Fire in Bel-Air Neighborhood

A fire ripped through a mansion in the Bel-Air neighborhood Thursday evening, sending smoke and monster flames into the air.

The blaze was reported at 5:30 p.m. in the 10800 block of Bellagio Road.

The fire began in the attic, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. 

A firefighter suffered some type of injury, but it wasn't immediately clear what had happened or how severe it was. 

The house was estimated to be worth $18 million, with five bedrooms and nine bathrooms in 9,750 square feet of house, according to real estate websites.
