Johnson Utility driver turns self in after deadly hit-and-run

Tucson- A Johnson Utility truck driver turned himself in after a deadly Thursday morning hit-and-run.

Two people found the body of 24-year-old Des Ray Lara. 42-year-old, Marcigtan Winfrey Sr., turned himself in the next day . Winfrey is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal collision.

The morning of the crash, Winfrey texted his boss, claiming he had hit a barricade and damaged his car.
