The Pentagon now admits to having a program to track UFO's.
A report by the New York Times over the weekend said, $22 million was spent researching flying objects.
The project was championed by former Senate Majority Leader ,Harry Reid, of Nevada.
The New York Times reports, much of the money went to an aerospace firm owned by a friend of Reid.
The Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program, ran from 2007 until 2012.
