Wildcats get six players on All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention list

Posted: Updated:

TUCSON - The Pac-12 shut out Arizona from its first and second All-Pac 12 teams, but the Wildcats did land six players on the Pac-12's honorable mention.

The players are:

Quarterback Khalil Tate - Sophomore

Running Back Nick Wilson - Senior

Offensive Lineman Jacob Alsadek - Senior

Wide receiver/returner Shun Brown - Junior

Linebacker Colin Schooler - Freshman

Offensive Lineman Nathan Eldridge - Sophomore

Tate was disappointed with Arizona's lack of players on the first two all Pac-12 team, tweeting this after the list came out:

Arizona did win both Pac-12 awards for outstanding freshman. Colin Schooler won Pac-12 Defensive Freshman of the Year, while J.J. Taylor shared Offensive Freshman of the Year.

Pro Football Focus also recognized offensive lineman Jacob Alsadek as a first-team All-Pac 12 performer.
