Marana Police social media post leads to arrest

MARANA- Two teenagers have been arrested after the Marana Police Department posted pictures to Facebook.

Friday afternoon, Marana Police posted black and white images to its Facebook page. The images showed two juveniles spray painting a wall in the Pines Golf Course neighborhood.

Saturday afternoon, Marana Police posted to Facebook, “…both teens have been identified and arrested. Thank you to the multiple citizens that called in and identified them.”

According to comments on the post, Marana Police initially tried identifying the teenagers through the local schools, but had no luck.
