PCSD needs help identifying an aggravated assault suspect

On October 13, just before 7:00 p.m., Pima County Sheriff's deputies were called to Circle K located at 5801 North
Oracle Road  (near Oracle & Rudasill) for a report of an assault with a deadly weapon.

Witnesses, say there was a verbal altercation between a female victim and the male suspect over parking.
The suspect then went into the store and purchased beer. When he came out of
the store he flipped off the victim as he was backing out of the parking space. The victim verbally confronted him, at which time he pointed a handgun at her through the window of his truck. He sped away from the scene onto Oracle Road.

The suspect is described as:

  • Hispanic
  • 35 and 45-years-old, with a dark goatee
  • 5’6” to 5’8” tall
  • Heavy build
  • Last seen wearing a dark New York Yankees hat, and shirt, with plaid shorts
  • Driving a newer model black Toyota Tacoma
