Crime Trackers: Police searching for sex offender fugitive

TUCSON- Authorities are looking for a man considered dangerous around children.

The 35-year old Tucson man is accused of sexual conduct with a minor. The U.S. Marshals Arizona Wanted Violent Offender Task Force is looking for Justin Way.

According to information by Marshal service, the 35-year old way had sex with a girl under 15.

Mike Adams, spokesman for the U.S. Marshal service told News 4 Tucson, "He's a threat to the community,he's a threat to our children, and we need to get him of the street."

He's described as a bald, black male with brown eyes, 5 feet 8 inches, weighing 180 pounds. 

Adams added, "He's a large individual  so there's not a lot of kids that are the same size as him so he's going to be able to have his way with anybody if he continues to stay free."

Way has tattoos on chest, neck, and regularly wears a baseball cap.

Detectives said he has family in Picture Rocks and out of state.

He's also known to frequent the area of Speedway, Broadway and Pantano.

His parents recently moved to Mississippi and he may have followed them.
