Face painting information for the All Souls Procession

Posted: Updated:

This week many in Tucson and across the country are celebrating Dia de los Muertos.

On Sunday, November 5, thousands will take part in the All Souls Procession. Although you only need some good walking shoes, most people spend hours getting ready for event. One of the oldest traditions is the face paint.

Gina Castillo, from GlitterGirlAZ, came by the KVOA studio to paint anchor, Nichole Szemerei's, face. As you can see, the options are endless.

If you'd like to have your face painted for the All Souls Procession, Gina and other artists will be at Mariscos Chihuahua on Grande Ave. and Speedway Blvd from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

That's where this year's parade will start, Sunday evening at six.
