News 4 Cooks: Raging Raven kebab & Eddie's Sirloin Murder Burger

Raging Raven kebob

Ingredients for dish (must be specific, no "secret ingredients"): 
Amount of the following will depend on the number of kabobs you are preparing:
Chicken breast
Large pineapple chunks (amount will depend on the number of kabobs you are preparing)
Green and/or red bell pepper
White onion
Your choice of BBQ sauce

Preparation Instructions (must be specific, no vague amounts i.e. "pinch or scoop"): 
· Marinate chicken, We use an Anchorite Marinade, but you can use your preferred marinade
· Chop chicken into 1" - 1 ½" cubes
· Peel and quarter the white onion
· Quarter the Bell pepper to about same size as onion
· Using 12" skewers, lightly soak in water to avoid splintering
· Alternate chicken, onion, pepper, pineapple chunks on the skewer until you've loaded the skewer 
· Grill or cook the kabob in a pan lightly oiled on med-high heat
· Pour BBQ sauce over chicken near end of the cook time-we use our signature Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce
· For Nightfall, we've added pearl onions and black olives to make eyeballs at the end of the kabob

Eddie's Sirloin Murder Burger
(Served at Doom Town and Pony Express)

1/2 lb Sirloin burger,  with the fixings of your choice. We have Red Onion, Tomato, Lettuce, Cheese, Sliced Tomato and Leaf Lettuce
Bun of your choice

Preparation:
Grill burger to your preferred taste (rare, med, etc.)
Put cheese on at end of cooking cycle so the cheese melts
Dress the bun with condiments of choice
Place burger on bottom half of bun
