News 4 Cooks: Mini Sonoran Hot Dogs

Reforma: Mini Sonoran Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

All beef hot dogs

Pork belly

Charro

Beans

Tomato

Avocado

Mustard

Chipotle mayo

Jalapeno puree

Hot dog buns

Preparation Instructions:

1. Sear 3 mini hot dogs, then sear 2 oz pork belly diced, toast three mini buns.

2. Heat cooked pinto beans or charro beans, then put inside of hot dogs, then add 1 oz in each bun.

3. Place seared hot dogs in buns over beans then evenly distribute pork belly diced over hot dogs.

4. Top with diced tomato, 1 oz each hot dog.

5. Drizzle mustard, chipotle mayo, and jalapeno puree over tomatoes.

6. Top with diced avocado, 1 oz per hot dog.
