Tucson fan favorite Obregon Yaquis play Hermosillo Naranjeros tonight at Kino Stadium

Tucson resident Lorenzo Bundy is returning to the Old Pueblo to coach the Hermosillo Naranjeros once again while the team continues to train along with other squads from the Pro Mexican leagues in Tucson.  Bundy is an assistant coach with the Marlins and heads up the Naranjeros during the MLB off-season.  Here's highlights from Thursday's opening game between the Obregon Yaquis & Mexicali Aguilas (from sportscast):

First Game at 5:30               Game One:     Mexicali vs. Los Mochis

Game Two:     Hermosillo vs. Obregon

Game Two:     Hermosillo vs. Los Mochis

MASCOTS:     Two of the Mexican Winter League teams are bringing their mascots: Beto Coyote from the Naranjeros and Chacho from the Yaquis. They will be performing at all of their team’s home games.

Tickets: The box seats are $15, adult general admission $10, kids (6 – 16) & senior citizens general admission $6, kids under six are free. Fans will be able to purchase tickets at www.MexicanBaseballFiesta.com. The MBF box office at Kino Stadium will open at 10:00 Thursday through Saturday, and noon on Sunday. Tickets can also be ordered by phone by calling (520) 222-1008. One ticket is good for both games of the doubleheader each day. A Clear Bag Policy will be in effect per Pima County (flyer is attached).

The Mexican Baseball Fiesta has pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. All Hermosillo games will be broadcast live on Facebook at Telemax Sonora.
