Iron Door Restaurant at Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley: Brats
-Good quality dark beer
Preheat boiler in your oven. Once your oven is hot, pace brats in your cooking pan, fill 1/4 of the pan with dark beer. You can use light beer if that's all you have but the darker the beer, the fuller the flavor will be when done. You'll want to turn your brat after 4 minutes, then remove after cooking for an additional 4 minutes. If you like it darker, you can leave it in a bit longer.
