Injured man found in street near S. Palo Verde has died

The man found in the street of East Ellington Place Sunday, Oct. 1 evening has died, according to the Tucson Police Department.

TPD has identified the man as 35-year old Jimmain Middleton. Middleton was found assaulted in the street near S. Palo Verde Avenue and E. 32nd Street. 

He died at UMC Monday morning, TPD is investigating the incident as it is unknown at this time how he ended up injured in the street,
