News 4 Cooks: Tandoori Chicken

Kababeque: Tandoori Chicken

Chicken legs quarter 2 
Tandoori masala 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup 
Ginger/garlic paste 
Teaspoon of butter 
Pinch of salt coriander powder cumin powder and chat masala
Marinate chicken with all of items above overnight then bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes at 375° or until desired. 
Cook some Julian onion and green peppers in a sauté pan with butter aadd salt and serve with basmati rice
