Arrest on sex assault charges

Tucson - This just in to News 4 Tucson from the Cochise County Sheriff's Office:

On Sunday August 6, 2017, the Cochise County Sheriff's Office was advised of a sexual assault which occurred at a residence outside of McNeal. 

Sheriff Detectives were able to identify a suspect, 26 year-old Jesus Damian Leon of Douglas. 

On Thursday August 10, 2017, Detectives located Mr. Leon at a business in Douglas where he was arrested and booked into the Cochise County Jail on the following charges: Sexual Assault, Assault, Burglary, and Kidnapping. 

The investigation is being continued by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office.

    Tucson - Workers with Acosta Landscaping were installing an irrigation system in the backyard of a Northwest side home this week. Acosta is a small, family-owned business trying to get by. The company was contacted recently by a guy who said he wanted some work done.
