Tucson Police Dept. arrested the suspect of Saturday's hit and run on Golf Links and Swan.

TPD states just before 6:00pm Saturday officers responded to a report of a hit and run on E. Golf Links and N. Swan Road.

Responding officers found a man with serious injuries in a flipped over truck.

The man was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Authorities at the scene learned that a maroon colored Dodge Ram truck had fled the scene right after hitting the other truck.

Around 9:00pm a report of a stolen truck matching the maroon Dodge Ram was called in.

Detectives followed up with the owner of the Dodge Ram and were able to find that the truck had not been stolen.

Authorities say 36 year old Francisco Santos Dorame had told the owner to report the truck missing.

TPD detectives were able to find Dorame without incident.

After turning himself over he told authorities where to find the truck.

Dorame is being charged with 3 felonies.

The driver of the other truck remains in the hospital with major injuries.
