Fiamme: Pizza Dough


1 liter water 
1/2 cup olive oil 
45 grams sea salt
3 grams fresh yeast
1600 grams flour

After 1 hour make 270 gram dough balls
Let rest outside of the fridge 6 hours and it's ready to cook
