Road closures for sewer repairs

Tucson – The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department and its contractor, KE&G Construction Inc., will conduct sewer repairs on Thursday, April 20, 2017, on W. Irvington Road near 12th Avenue.  The repairs will require: 
•    An eastbound right lane closure on Irvington Road from 12th Avenue to Liberty Avenue. 
•    Northbound and southbound 11th Avenue and Lostan Avenue to be closed at Irvington Road. 
•    Southbound Liberty Avenue to be closed at Irvington Road. 
These repairs will begin on Thursday, April 20 at 6:00 p.m.  Crews will work through the night, and complete work by 6:00 a.m. on Friday, April 21.  
The same traffic restrictions will be in place again on Sunday night, April 23.  Crews will again work through the night, and complete their work by Monday morning, April 24 at 6:00 a.m.  Motorists are asked to slow down and heed traffic control signage and devices. Construction times are approximate and are subject to change in the event that unforeseen conditions cause delays or postponements.
