There's an urgent plea for the care of Eliot Cobb's dogs. Cobb lost his life to a gunman last Friday night at a Tucson Foothills restaurant.

***********URGENT PLEA***********

Last Friday, one of our adopters and past fosters was tragically murdered at Firebirds Restaurant at La Encantada in Tucson. This senseless act of violence left his two beloved labs orphaned without their Dad. All they now know is that their Dad went to dinner and won't be coming home again. Shasta is a 10 year old spayed female yellow lab and Diesel is an 8 year old neutered male

yellow lab. Both dogs are good with other dogs, housebroken, non destructive in the house, dog door trained and up to date on their shots. They have been seen regularly by a vet and records can be provided. They have never met a cat, so that is unknown. They are loving and good with kids and people. They were his spoiled babies and deserve to be treated the same way their dad has always treated them.

This is a very tender and special case for us, so we are looking for a foster or even better, a foster to adopt situation. They need to stay together in light of all they've been through. They are located in Tucson. Please reach out to us through Facebook, if you can provide them a forever home or a temporary foster situation. We do not want to place them in boarding and would like to lessen the amount of transition these very well loved Labs are now faced with.
