A local man is offering free haircuts, nails, medical care and love to the homeless people of Tucson.
Cosmetology student, Juan Carlos Montesdeoca is hosting the event Saturday Jan. 28 at 9 a.m., by the library downtown.
Montesdeoca said in a Facebook message, “I started this as an act of kindness for a mom I met on Tucson Angels Facebook group,” he said he helped cut hair for a woman with cancer, which inspired him to help others this same way.
He is currently seeking help from the community, asking for volunteers to help paint nails, and cutting hair. If you’re interested Montesdeoca asks that you simply show up at the event at 9 a.m.
