Dickey’s Barbecue Pit: Dickey’s Shepard’s Pie

1.5 lbs smoked brisket chopped.

.5 cup of diced onion sautéed

add cup of beef broth mix in with brisket.

Mashed Potatoes (contact Dickey’s for details)

Cooked separate in sauté pan

add 1 cup frozen corn kernels

add 1 cup frozen peas

add 1 cup frozen sliced carrots

Place brisket in casserole dish top with the mixed veggies cover with mashed potatoes top with shredded cheddar bake at 400 for 40 mins or until cheese is browned and enjoy.
